Attic Conversion with Dormers on either side of the Building currently under Construction

This project involved the construction of bespoke flat-roof dormers to both sides of the property as part of a full attic conversion, significantly increasing usable floor space while maintaining the character of the existing building. Each dormer was carefully formed with a timber structural framework, fully insulated to current building regulations, and finished externally in durable horizontal weatherboard cladding for a clean, contemporary appearance. High-performance uPVC windows were installed to maximise natural light and ventilation, with all junctions detailed using lead flashings and weatherproof membranes to ensure long-term protection against the elements. The works were seamlessly integrated into the newly tiled roof, delivering a high-quality finish that enhances both the functionality and visual appeal of the home.
